Shipping:

All items are shipped using USPS to a confirmed address only from PayPal
Insurance and tracking are both included in all shipping cost (including free shipping promos)
The Kinky Pixie is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected mail
Be sure and check the address on your PayPal Account before ordering!

** Chocolate Orders **
Warm Weather Shipping (May to September)

Chocolate Melts in the heat and requires special shipping during
warm weather months and to warm weather destinations.
During summer months, or items being sent to all year around warm places,
heat sensitive products will be shipped Two-day air using insulated boxes and cold packs.
Premium shipping will be included in the listed shipping charges during warmer times.
If no time constraints are specified in the special instructions, we will choose the least expensive shipping
option that will allow your product to arrive at its destination is perfect condition.

Returns:

Chocolates:
May be returned with a reasonable amount "tasted". Do not use 1/2 or the whole jar
and then want to send it back for a refund because you didn't like it. Taste it before you use it.

Floggers:
no returns unless the item is damaged / not of quality
The Kinky Pixie must be notified within 5 business days of delivery.
If you are unhappy with the quality, or there are issues with the quality,
the item will be replaced, or you may request a refund. Refunds will not be given
until the item is returned in the original condition it was shipped.

If you decide its the wrong color, or you do not like the color when you
receive the item, or have just changed your mind, there are no refunds.
Please understand this is due to health and safety issues - I can not guarantee you didn't use it.
The floggers all carry a lifetime guarantee against workmanship. Warranty information is inc. with your order.

Refunds are for product cost only. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
You must contact The Kinky Pixie and receive an Return Merchandise Agreement
confirmation prior to returning any item. No refunds will be given until the merchandise is returned.
